Overview of facility:

• Group will perform on outdoor bandstand. All equipment must fit on stage. (9’x19’)
• One power strip with 110 power supplied. A 220 spider box may be available on request.
• Must be set up and ready to perform at beginning of time specified for each performance.
• Friday performance from 6:00-9:00pm.
• Area for signage, CD display and tip jar out to inform guests of your live music. Latitude will do two E-blasts per month for performing groups. Not guaranteed to always mention your specific group, but any digital pictures or links are welcome.
• In the event of rain or bad weather Latitude Island Grill reserves the right to cancel the performance up to 6 hours in advance unfortunately with no compensation to be given.
• Breaks are to be no longer than 15 min and band must notify management to initiate house background music.

Compensation:

• Upon completion of full performance compensation will be $100.00 per musician up to $300.00 paid in cash.
• A house credit of $20.00 per person, up to $100 to be used on the night of the performance only. If ordering food this must be done prior to beginning of performance. Please plan your arrival time accordingly. This credit spent at Latitude is not inclusive of gratuity.

By submitting this contract you agree to all terms listed above. If in any event the terms of this contract are broken during or after performances listed above Latitude reserves the right to cancel all future performances without compensation. We look forward to a great season.
